Why we work this way
We started because most of what gets sold to small businesses never gets used.
We kept meeting companies who had paid well for websites that brought in no enquiries, for campaigns whose owners couldn't say how many customers came from them, and for reports nobody opened after the first week.
The problem is rarely the tools. It's that nobody sat down with the owner and asked two questions: what decision are you trying to make, and which number will tell you this worked?
So we start every project from those two questions — and we say so plainly when the answer is that what you're asking for won't help you yet, even if you're ready to pay for it.
